I would like to give a big Thank You to William Richards of Alpha Warranty for always going the extra mile for us at Synergy Motor Car Company while we were in business.  With our being a very small dealership (2 employees), we have many times been overlooked by some of our vendors.  Not William.  He always treated us as if we were a big dealership that provided a ton of business for him.  No matter the issue or question, we always felt he looked out for us and our clients.  If he didn’t know the answer, he always looked into it for us and got us an answer in a very timely matter. In this day and age of rush rush rush, it is nice to have someone like William who provides outstanding “Old Time” customer service to his clients.

My son in-law owns a mechanic shop in Forest Lake. I told him I was looking to purchase a warranty on my 2014 Lincoln MKX. He told me to call William at Reshaw Warranty Group, and I am glad I did. I filed a claim last year at Eurotech in New Brighton and the warranty covered $3534.28 in repairs. I am very pleased with the service that William provided. The claim process was easy and fast.

William has been our Alpha Warranty agent for over ten years. I have purchased three warranties over the years for my family vehicles. I have known William Richards since 2020. William was our Rep for Alpha Warranty at the dealership I owned. I was new to the auto industry in 2019; in 2020 when I had the opportunity to be in the front office more often with customers, William took the time to educate me about the several Alpha Warranty products and how to present them to our customers. William taught me well. The most important thing I can say about William is that he is a gentleman, he is honest, and he truly cares about each person he meets. In March 2024, I sold my dealership.
